We sell packages because that’s what allows us to confidently offer guarantees to customers.

We keep launching Digital PR campaigns until the minimum number of links for a package is hit.

Basic Packages are an off the shelf, one size fits all approach. They are designed for speed of delivery, simplicity and suitable for customers who’s primary concern is focused mostly on earning links for SEO benefits.

Bespoke Packages are a more customised and labour intensive approach. Whilst still designed for speed of delivery and simplicity, they are suitable for customers who need to retain more control over the Digital PR that goes out to the media on their behalf. That could be due to the nature of business and legal requirements, or there are other specific needs such as types of media or location of publications or their services.

It depends… please pay attention to this as very important!

Q: What do we define as “syndicated coverage”? – A: a campaign that is identically duplicated across 1 or more unique domains AND where the canonical URL is different to the coverage URL.

Syndicated coverage counts towards the minimum link guarantee (provided minimum domain metrics met) in the following circumstances:

  • Multiple linked syndicated coverage per unique domain eg Yahoo.com with news, canada, entertainment, finance, UK, style etc subdomains/subfolders = 2 links (original source coverage + 1x syndicated coverage)
  • Multiple linked syndicated coverage from many unique domains AND canonical set to source article = up to 10 Links (Original source coverage + 9x syndicated coverage)
  • Multiple linked syndicated coverage from many unique domains AND canonical NOT set to source article = Every link counts

A reminder from the above on how we define syndicated coverage/links:

Q: What do we define as “syndicated coverage”? – A: a campaign that is identically duplicated across 1 or more unique domains AND where the canonical URL is different to the coverage URL.

We do not count uniquely written or substantially different coverage of a campaign on a unique domain as syndicated coverage, even if it is the same story or contains the same content from our campaign. Therefore every piece of uniquely written or substantially different coverage on any unique domain will be counted.

Why? There are several reasons:

  • because a single campaign could be pitched to multiple writers at the same publication.
  • Also, writers will often see an article someone else has written on their publication and decide to cover it in their own way.
  • A trending topic can be written about multiple times to satisfy audience demand.

Provided any coverage from that publication is substantially different in nature, all pieces of linked coverage count towards any link guarantee.

There will be a blend of follow and nofollow links. Blame Google for that. They screwed with the web for their own silly needs…

We target only high authority news and media websites. These are some of the biggest, highest traffic websites in the world.

We have no control over whether links from these sites are follow or nofollow.

What we can confidently say though is this… with links dialled up to 11 in the algo, and Google quality raters tasked with checking EEAT signals, links from the most trusted websites in the world have never been so important.

We create campaigns to showcase you as genuine experts in your field. We try to focus on helpful content that appeals to broad audiences. We steer clear of politics and controversial topics such as race, religion, conflict etc.

We also have a process in place when onboarding clients for you to tell us any forbidden or taboo topics to ensure we avoid those. Eg, anything that might cause a regulatory issue eg financial advice, or medicines.

For Bespoke package customers, we offer the ability for you to be involved in campaign ideation and approval at both the ideation and campaign creation stages.

Yes, you can. But depending how far along we are in work/output will dictate how much refund you get.

Cancelling at any point will void any guarantees.

If you want to cancel before any PR campaign is created or outreached (“campaign pending”) we’ll be able to give you a 100% refund. No hard feelings.

If you want to cancel after we’ve created campaigns and outreach has begun (“campaign underway”), we can stop any further activity immediately, but you’ll not be entitled to any refund.
